|Recommended: YesI've been living here for about almost a year. Place is very military friendly. Only down fall about this place is the parking. — I would recommend people to live here because its a very clean environment. Ladies at front desk are really sweet and helpful. Like I said only down fall is parking.

|Recommended: YesTenant review — Management is very helpful when they are needed. There are some issues with parking. There seems to be limited uncovered spots when uncovered spots are all taken some tenants park in fire lanes or on corners to prevent parking out side of the gated community.

|Recommended: NoNot the worst but not the best — Location is perfect, Maintenance employees are on top of everything quickly which I've never experienced in the past, parking is horrible and I have to consistently park up front by the gates and our apartment is in the very back corner, can hardly hear neighbors besides during the day when I really don't care if I hear them or not.

|Recommended: YesI feel safe and it's enjoyable living here — Living at CP is very enjoyable. My apartment area is very quiet, good amount of natural sunlight and a good size space for a one bedroom. For the season in my life right now it's perfect for me I love how close the grocery store and freeway is.

|Recommended: YesThe best last minute decision I've ever made — We were looking for a place with very limited time left before we needed to move and took the plunge at Canyon Park. Talia has always been so helpful and friendly, and it really helped sell me on the place - they also have really great office hours for those of us who work until 5 or so The property is well taken care of and beautiful, maintenance can constantly be found doing upkeep and they've always been extremely polite and timely with my requests. Parking for guests is tight. Don't expect parking close to your apartment if you have a second car or plan on having company over, as most of the uncovered parking runs the perimeter of the complex. Not awful, but it definitely fills quick. My area of the complex has always been very quiet, despite being so close to the playground Everyone is polite and keeps their noise level to a minimum. I've only ever had a few issues with my downstairs neighbor, but they're hardly representative of the community as a whole.
Overall, I've loved my time at Canyon Park these last four months and I would recommend it
