|Recommended: YesSafe, and mostly peaceful — I have lived at Canyon Park since March of this year. My opinion of the complex is quite simple, and I'll list my pros, and cons.
Pros
1. Great staff
2. Maintenance is prompt and efficient
3. Apartment space is large, and functional.
Cons
1. Parking is TERRIBLE, as it's first come first serve. I've received multiple notifications for parking in a no parking zone due to the fact that there is NOT ENOUGH PARKING. In that same light, I've been given a notification, and other cars haven't, so there seems to only be a singular time that notifications are blasted out indiscriminately. I hope that Canyon Park management is able to push forth some measure to have increased parking accessibility that is safe and efficient.
2. Our upstairs neighbor is always loud, though we've never complained about it, and there are kids who occasionally play the knock and run game.
All in all, I feel happy where I am, and I'm thinking about staying after my lease is up, but possibly downgrading to a smaller apartment, because my roommate is likely going to move out after lease.

|Recommended: YesBest property I have lived at. — Its clean and staff is friendly. Maintenance is completed in a timely manner. Parking can get slim pickings after 6pm if you have more than one car for your unit. Building are well maintained.

|Recommended: YesWonderful complex. Safe, quiet, and clean with a very helpful staff. — This is one of the best apartment complexes I have seen. Friendly people, secure grounds, and roomy apartments at a reasonable price. The staff was extremely respectful and helped us through the application process, making sure all our questions were taken care of. Even the manager took time to make sure all was going smoothly for us. We were very impressed.

|Recommended: YesOverall great complex — The grounds are beautiful. They do upkeep weekly even if it rains although the mower sometimes creates mud tracks in the grass- my only real complaint . Community is peaceful and people are mostly friendly. Best apartment complex I've lived in.

|Recommended: YesLove living here — Staff is amazing and helpful- very friendly Love living here- great layouts, clean homes. My only downfall would be living next to the park during summer. Kids are out screaming until 10-11pm or later and I have to wake up at 4am. Other than that, I love everything.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Apartments — The staff here at Canyon Park are great. They are always very helpful sorting out any issues that come up. The complex is very well kept much more quite than i would have expected. So glad i moved here and would definately recommend to anyone.

|Recommended: YesAmazing staff and amenities — The only apartments I would ever live in are the Canyon park apartments due to the affordability with all of the amenities the quiet time policy and the amazing managerial staff, understaff and maintenance staff. This is by far the best apartment living we have had. No apartment or home is perfect by any means but whenever we have any issues with loud out-of-hand neighbors, or maintenance issues, or whatever, the staff are on top of getting it taken care of Sometimes certain issues are out of their hands in regards to the amount of time it may take to getting certain issues resolved, but the willingness, effort, sympathy and compassion is all there Best customer service hands down very understanding and helpful staff I heard once about some people who complained about parking We pay a little extra for a parking space and a garage which is a small price to pay for the convenience of parking it's an apartment complex not a mall So if you are paying a little extra for location travel convenience and amenities then you may as well pay extra for the parking convenience. It's nice family friendly apartment living with supportive neighbors who I have found look out for one another most of the time when there was an issue with some disruptive neighbors before, everyone definitely chimed in and let them know that their nonsense would NOT be tolerated this is nice because most people here just want a quiet and safe place for their families, so we are on the same page

|Recommended: YesGreat location apartment — It is a nice place to live, great location- close to many things and I don't have any problems from other people within the apartment complex. They have a nice swimming pool and hot tub when it is working , basketball court and you can make payments online if you are away at the time.
I would recommend that they get use a dumpster for larger things that people want to get rid of like a few other apartments have- IE TVs, couches, old electronics, tables, etc.
