|Recommended: YesLove our new home — Parking- the parking lot starts really filling up by 7pm. If you don't have an assigned spot every apartment gets one assigned spot it can be hard to find parking if you come in late. Fortunately they have kind of an overfill lot up front by the main office.
Noise- noise level is good- I've never had a problem hearing my neighbors.. I can hear the neighbors above me walking around but I can't hear them talking or even their TV- which is good. The noise is what I expected but it's not overwhelming or disturbing.
Grounds- the lawns are beautiful and they do a nice job keeping them manicured and picking up trash lying around. Sometimes the play area can get a little destroyed though by having the kids running through beauty bark and everything. Every weekend it seems people start dumping their trash OUTSIDE of the dumpster and it can really pile up by Monday. But every morning during the week the trash it always cleaned up and it looks nice again by the time I come home in the evening.
Construction- The apartments are nice and I really like the upgraded features. Don't expect luxury top of the line living conditions but the apartments are nice especially compared to others in the area. I like the layout of the kitchen compared to other apartment kitchens. I'm also wondering if they clean the outside of the buildings once a year and the windows I hope they do. The one thing wish they had was central heat and that's probably just because I'm not used to baseboard heating but we've never had a problem with keeping our place warm.
Maintenance- let me just say the maintenance people are fantastic They are the best. Recently my sink had been leaking underneath. You can submit a maintenance request online or over the phone I always submit it online . But I called out maintenance several times to fix my sink and they replaced it with a new plastic pipe each time they said the owners tell them to use plastic pipes to keep the costs down but each time the new pipe only fixed it temporarily. Well after coming out twice and replacing it eventually they just went out and bought me a metal pipe from the store and I haven't had a problem with my sinksince. There's been several times I've had to call them out to unclog my toilets as well. They're always very professional and prompt. They even went above and beyond and cleaned up the mess that was made when they unclogged my toilet. It's the little things like that I really appreciate.
Staff- the front staff are amazing too. Always so helpful and smiling. From the very first time I toured the apartments and every interaction I have had with the staff since, is always fantastic. They even did a tenant appreciation day a couple months back. They stood outside the front office in the parking lot and handed out donuts pastries and coffee to tenants in the morning.
Overall- I've lived here for 4 months and I'm glad I chose this place. It's really close to the freeway but I never hear the freeway traffic . I really love my apartment. Before I moved in they completely changed out all the blinds, painted the entire place and put down new carpet, and even replaced the linoleum in the bathroom and front entry. I felt like I was moving into a brand new place. It was very clean and still is very clean when we moved in. We've had a great experience living here. The apartment rates are very reasonable compared with others in the area. I'd definitely recommend canyon park

Con parking is really hard to find when your families and friends come to visit and you have to pay for a permanent parking rather than having one with your apartment

Parking is way better - the girls in the office are so amazing now - Sarah is the best manager we have had hands down Rules are enforced and yet she is still so happy and kind Maintenance is awesome and Andre the landscaper is absolutely amazing. I just signed for another 12 months and probably will again. I for sure recommend - and have several times Thank you Canyon Park

|Recommended: YesBest Apartments in Puyallup — I have lived in almost every apartment complex in the Puyallup Tacoma area and Canyon Park is by far been the best experience I have ever had The staff is always willing to answer any questions and the grounds are beautiful and very well taken care of. The maintenance team is also extremely friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed in your apartment home. My children and I are known by name even by the sweet office ladies. We are so sad to move out, we bought a home, but the past 15 months here has been incredible and I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment in the Puyallup area to definitely come see Canyon Park Apartments

|Recommended: YesI loved living at Canyon Park — Canyon park is honestly a great place to live. I had no problems. The apartments are good size. I couldn't ever hear my neighbors. The ladies at the front are so nice and helpful. And there is nothing better than having access to a gym, hot tub and pool.

|Recommended: YesFirst 6 months — So far everything has been great, good friendly neighbors, very quiet. I enjoy my deck view into the Wetlands. Close to shopping. Interaction with the management and staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful.
