So we went to the website of the National Honey Board and picked out a few tasty-looking foods to give a try. If you prepare any of these, let us know how you liked them!

10 K Cereal Bars

These honey granola bars make for a great easy breakfast or for a tasty snack whenever you need one. You can mix them up with different sorts of granola or other ingredients like chopped dried fruit.

Pumpkin Honey Bread

Make these now before the real pumpkin craze of autumn sets in and you get tired of the flavor! Maybe you can get especially creative and come up with a savory sandwich that works well with the sweet bread.

Grilled Portobello Mushroom Salad with Greens, Honey Vinaigrette and Roquefort

Take a honey/soy sauce vinaigrette and drizzle it over a salad featuring as much bacon and as many portobello mushrooms as you want, and you’ve got a salad that will work well for a side or a meal on its own.

Anticuchos of White Seabass with Aji Chile Honey Marinade And Semilla Salsa

Are you familiar with anticuchos? They’re basically shish kebabs. These tasty versions feature as much seabass as you want them to; this recipe is designed as an appetizer, but could easily be reworked to serve as a main dish.

Finally, we have a hearty main dish to complement any other recipes you try from our list. Save the leftovers to try out on a sandwich!
